    As an anti-zionist Jew, this is just not an accurate representation of what the term Zionist means.

    Zionism is a colonialist project to occupy Palestinian land for the purpose of creating a state for Jewish people.

    The project does not represent my interests in the slightest, and presently the state of Israel is committing genocide on the Palestinian people.

    Calling out Zionism for what it is and holding the practice accountable for its actions is not in any way the same as this new definition proports the use of the term to imply.

    Speaking out against genocide is simply speaking out for human rights. Changing the definition of what Zionism is serves only to stifle this critical type of speech, and adopting this definition as a platform at the present moment is complicity with genocide. There will be a mass exodus of users and streamers if this new definition is adopted.
