This started happening to me about a week or two ago and has been an issue almost every time I hop on Twitch now. Missing some elements like the title or notifications, getting the ghost "Failed to load module" in the chat, taking forever to load, etc. No adblocker (I have turbo), tried a VPN and without, and I cleared my cache to no avail.
