  2. after uninstalling capture software (prism studio live in my case), and twitch already is connected to prism live studio, and you re-instal

    Absolutely. If you want people to submit ideas, how about have a link to the feedback forum (twitch.uservoice.com) always visible in the help menu, in the settings for each user's account, at the top and bottom of each twitch webpage. I mean, you have it buried so deep, you need google to find it. "Keep it simple, stupid." Unless, of course, you guys at twitch do not want to make it easy or simple for twitch users to suggest ways to improve your platform; then, by all means, keep on your path. Using twitch and some of your webpages and apps has been one of the MOST frustrating things I have done on the internet in a very long time (I started using the internet in 1995). Keep the communication and presentation as simple as possible; remove any complexity, if at all possible. Just my two cents.
