    I upgraded today and the issue seems to be resolved. I've only had time to watch about 20 minutes but the problem didn't happen and normally it would.

    As to whether we owe twitch an apology - so it looks like it might not have been a twitch issue after all? (Although plenty of other apps stream on demand video without this kind of problem)

    But it's been a year now without even so much as an acknowledgment so I don't think our trouble has caused Twitch much discomfort.

    I submitted a ticket on this yesterday and received a nearly instant response from a tech support person.

    Unfortunately they hadn't read the ticket and the response was about some problem with video playback in the firefox browser which I don't even use, not the tvOS problem I reported.
