Hello, I have this problem too. The very first ad break I get the notification 1 minute before just like I have selected, but after that all I, or mods or audience, see is the 'ad break in progress' notification.
I'd like to be able to let the audience know, or prevent anything crucial from happening in my game. So this would be a great feature if it worked. Thanks!
