This sets a pretty bad precedent going forward to a degree. The lack of rigorous oversight on this has already allowed exploitation of loopholes and vague terms by many streamers already to gain a large audience, or even just deliberately break the rules knowing it will gain such a heavy attention.
Twitch really should've done better to be more strict on the rules, and be clear and concise so there was no room for ambiguity from the get-go, as of now I can go onto the Just Chatting or Art sections and see many people, both in the flesh, and digital (vtubers) that are fully naked, knowing this is gaining them lots of attention, or even seeing people watching hentai on there.
Look if people wanna watch this sort of stuff, fine, I don't care what you consume, but I feel like even allowing this stuff just generally isn't a good look going forward.
Generally I feel like this content shouldn't even be allowed, period because this sort of content only generally benefits certain kind of people (AKA Content Creators of Adult Content). I can understand/accept artists being able to draw nudity as hey that can be pretty tasteful and freedom of artistic expression is not a bad thing but the line still has to be drawn and drawn straight and deep as people still exploit this by having themselves barely wearing tops on, knowing the focus will be on them.
Not even gonna mention how this **** can affect children using the site, its 13+, not 18+.
