I am getting this same issue on twitch, where as all profile pictures and channel emotes are just nothing and blanked out.
F12 information shows an error of "Cannot load this image" coming up for everything coming from "static-cdn.jtvnw.net" and showing a TIMED OUT message in the error header. tried pinging "static-cdn.jtvnw.net" and it gives a Request Timed Out for every sent packet sending to 99.84.76.175.

This is occuring for Firefox and Google Chrome and there were no issues happening anytime before now.

I would also like to add that as soon as Twitch loads, i get a flood of NS_BINDING_ABORTED messages for "static-cdn.jtvnw.net" in network info for F12

    Update: Issue has been resolved.

Not sure if Twitch fixed on their side, but started working after updating my routers Firmware.
