    My idea is that twitch should offer users 2 free ad skips every 24 hours. The user would be in control of when they decide to use the skip, but the cooldown would not start until both ad skips have been used. The skip wouldn't skip a certain amount of time, instead it would skip that entire ad break. For example, if a user were to get 60s worth of ads they would have the option to skip all 60s worth of ads. With limited user ad skips the user would still have to decide whether they wish to watch an ad break or skip it, ideally the skip would be used if an ad break were to occur right before something important happens. Hopefully this gets enough attention to the point where Twitch sees.
