Some of the games I stream have flashing lights that appear without warning. I would like to be able to warn viewers that this is a possibility before they watch the stream. While I can put up a message at the start and randomly through the stream there will be viewers that miss or ignore such a warning. Having it appear like the mature content warning for anyone joining would help prevent that.
