    It's not exposed on the site for now, the API does have something for this.

    This is what the iCalendar URL looks like, replace {} with your numeric Twitch ID:
    https://api.twitch.tv/helix/schedule/icalendar?broadcaster_id={}

    It does have an issue though, check this out and feel free to vote on it:
