I completely agree with this, every country has their own different organizations, some countries, Belgium are for instance might need more Mental health orginizations where other countries might be dealing more with poverty issues, and it's important that AT LEAST the organisations dealing with the Core Problematics are added into the list
And even if it's not for each nation, at least add some International - European - Asian - African or whatever regional organization with multiple different holdings in different nations, to add those to the list

I completly agree with this, intentionally or not, this might prevent smaller streamers to suggest to gift money on their streams to charity.
Smaller streamers would make just a bit more then what they need to come round from streamers or as a part-time job, a lot of streamer who don't earn a lot like the top streamers who might earn 500-1000 dollars/euro's more monhtly cannot risk losing part of their monthly income from twitch if they want to support charity while the big streamers would barely notice a difference
In order to stimulate small streamers to also add a charity option, this improves their stream, this improves the amount of money gathered amongst all streams to fund to charity while at the same time growing their own channels without losing a part of their already unstable monthly income
