    You can query all stream in 60/90 query depending on the time and make a cache, this is how I do it right now on a serverless app, in each query you can fetch 100 streams and it rare to have more than 90k stream in English

  2. Add filtering by tag to endpoints that return streams (Get Streams, Search Channels)
