Might as well chime in as well. I'm at 50, but it it says 37/50. Some of my achievements also went from Complete to In Progress over night.
I guess I will just jump in too and say that the 2 month wait between name changes it absurd. I understand some restrictions perhaps to avoid constant name changes and potential issues behind the scenes for Twitch (e.g., URL changes, etc.), but offering a window of time to revert a change (e.g., 24-48 hours) or even reducing it down to something like 14-30 days would be far more reasonable. Every other platform I use for content has far greater flexibility than Twitch with these changes, so I am not sure why this is so restrictive.
