I am surprised this isn't a feature yet considering the new emote page revamp actually makes it possible to pick up and move emotes within a tier but not to other tiers. It'd be great if this feature could be rolled out.

Came here looking for exactly this suggestion. It would be great if there was a way to export and import ban lists, since there are teams that often share a chat community.
