    @kozaka What country is that? because in the United States that isn't the case. A police report is a great first step, but then it should fall on Twitch to do something. Twitch needs to act in some way to protect their content creators, not just take their money. When it comes to playing copyrighted music on a Stream they are all up in your business, but harass someone for nearly 3 years straight... no big deal.
