    Everytime i want to watch a twitch stream, I have to scroll down to bypass the 2 rows of German streams I don't want to watch. And there is no way to disable this.

    This wouldn't even be a problem if I could set my local language to english at least. But the twitch app automatically uses the OS language without ANY possibility of changing that, either.

    Cmon, guys, give your users at least some customization options to improve their view expierience. If you're bothered that this option might confuse your less tech-savy users, hide it in some advanced options menu. But atleast give some credit to the users that know how to use an app correctly. Because your one-way-serves-all-purposes-solution is really annoying to deal with adn feels a bit disrespectfil, too.
