For months now, I have only been wanting to sub to channels for one month at a time. I juggle supporting a lot of channels so I can only afford so many subscriptions. There is no way to choose to not have subscriptions renew on purchase, so I have to go through another option.

The current system for cancelling a sub is incredibly tedious and time-consuming. Why is it that for every single sub I purchase, I have to click multiple buttons and go through multiple steps to cancel the subscription. Multiple times now, I've accidentally resubscribed for a month more than I needed because I missed the step of going and stopping my subscription. This has caused a lot of pain and headache on my part.

With that, I always put the note of "I prefer to manually renew my subscriptions". I've done this countless times but it seems that does not matter, as I still have to go through the process of cancelling again and again.

Is it possible to have a toggleable option accessed through the subscription screen to PERMANENTLY have subs manually renew only? It would make the site way easier for those of us managing our money.

Hey guys! We really appreciate the feedback that has been brought forth in this thread and just wanted to update you a little bit on what is going on.

This change was originally made to guard against raid bot attacks. While smaller raids are currently viewable in activity feed in the dashboard, we are working on a solution that treats raids equally while guarding against abuse tactics.
