The idea is great, but James is right. Most of the users on twitch won't receive a lot of bans, BUT, and this might be very useful: if you're account got hacked (so did mine), and you randomly find out that you're banned in a channel you watch from time to time, it might be quite useful to have a tool that tells you if you're banned somewhere else, too.
