   Yes please! this really needs to be an option. It would allow so much more flexibility and for a lot more interesting use cases for channel points for chat interaction.

   Please please please allow us to add cooldowns to redemptions! its great to think there arent people who abuse these things on your platform but its full of trolls and it makes implementing channel points rewards a source of additional anxiety for small streamers!
