    This is unbelievably frustrating while trying to watch SGDQ on Android. I closed chat so I can get the stream full screen and this notification I don't care about at all is popping the chat back open covering half the screen every 10 seconds or so. If the user closes chat this shouldn't be shown or open the chat at all.
