Speech to Text and Translate So if Twitch have a inbuild Ai speech to text system what the Watcher not streamer can activate and position in the picture you have a nice little feature but if you include a translator ai in this which the User/watcher is allowed to controle by habit or wish, turn off or on or position the window where in the pic the text is shown you may have a senstation and close the gap between languages. Stop closing tickets early!! I emailed twitch support about being shown ads to a channel I subscribed to, they took 24 hours to reply once with useless generic advice that didn't help; they replied again 24 hours later with more useless generic advice that didn't help; then they replied 24 hours later saying they couldn't do anything and closed my ticket.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS IS NOT SUPPORT. Furthermore the twitch admin claim that "we only close tickets that are a year old" is a blatant LIE, plenty of users here on UserVoice are having this exact problem and it is totally unacceptable.

Twitch Men's Mental Health Guild Men's mental health is heavily stigmatized by society and I would love to see a space that amplifies the importance of men's emotional wellbeing. This space would educate other men on how to be less toxic, and how to practice empathy with other individuals.

Viewer Monthly Roundup extended statistics At the beginning of each month, Twitch currently displays for each user a "round up" of stats for the month, how many of that streamers streams a user attended, how many watch-hours they have, how many messages were sent, but I would also like to see a Contributions page, where a user can see some admittedly estimated statistics of their potential monetary contributions to a channel. Something like "You threw 1380 bits in April! You've been subscribed for 39 months, WOW!" or "Your Turbo Membership resulted in 3.98 in estimated ad revenue this month! So generous!"

Give better Whisper security controls, or give us the option to just turn them off. Whispers are now completely broken thanks to required phone verification!
Twitch now requires phone verification to send a whisper to anyone, regardless of previous whisper history, or anything else logical.
Since phone verification is never going to happen for me, I can never reply to any whisper I receive now.
And I cannot turn whispers off.
So, people keep whispering me to get help with things, and I have no way to tell them I can't even reply to them.

Give users ability to look up status of email support tickets Since every email support thread includes a reference number, it would be great to have a way to search that reference number and see its basic status - closed or open, any pertinent information, etc. and ideally contest any conclusions or closures due to poor or inadequate support.

unfair banning practices I think twitch is being horribly inconsistent on its banning practices. It's bad enough you ban channels "by mistake" as that really throws the moderators into chaos. Worse, you ban channels based on random snitches who either are just trying to cause trouble or are trying to eliminate competition.
I also don't like this policy of banning for "copyright violation". There are channels you don't touch that are showing more recent stuff that channels you've removed. TOS Updates TOS Updates should point out what has changed. Since every website and its mother sends out those emails, there's just no way I can read through all that trying to see what changed. Need a ON and OFF feature for Text to Speech Alerts on viewer side due to it interfering with Closed Caption Subtitles for Hearing Impaired (Closed Caption) Hearing Impaired customers have a very difficult time reading the Closed Caption when Streamers turn on the Text to Speech Alerts for their Chat when they donate or use points for alerts. But Twitch Customer Service didn't take this into account. Any time a Text to Speech Alert is used on stream it disrupts the Closed Caption Subtitle feature for the Disabled and Hearing Impaired people trying to read what is being said by the Streamers. Sidebar not working on far right The sidebar UI design is really bad. Currently I have to stick with the sidebar and it doesn't work on far right. Is frustrating to use dexterity to catch with your mouse the sidebar. In fullscreen on web it should automatically click on sidebar when you go to the righest area of the sidebar. I've tried multiple times to report a bug that's blocked me out accessing the subscription button of channels yet every response from support is, "I'm not eligible for a refund"....
