Safety Education Program

Welcome to Twitch's feedback forum on the Safety Education Program (SEP). SEP is designed to help community members better understand Twitch’s Community Guidelines, so that they can remain in compliance with them, avoid behavior that could lead to harm to the community and/or suspensions, and become better citizens on Twitch.

How SEP works: If a user violates an eligible Twitch policy, they will be offered the opportunity to take a learning course. Each learning course contains reading material and a quiz.

We are committed to serving our community and welcome any ideas you may have to improve our service. This forum is for ideas only.* Learn how it works.

*Suggestions with non-constructive (no actionable) feedback, appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, and suggestions disparaging others may be closed without comment. Titles that are unclear or unnecessarily vulgar may be reworded to better reflect the request for ease of discovery.

  2. Una forma de ayudar seria que las denuncias sirvan para algo

    Podrían tenerse encuentra las denuncias ya que en mi caso he recibido insultos y amenazas tanto por chat privado como por chat de los directos y todas y cada una de las denuncias acaban igual NO SE INFRINGE NINGUNA NORMA, por lo que si una persona puede insultar a otros sin recibir sanción alguna la gente seguirá con dicho comportamiento y todo gracias al propio Twitch por no hacer las cosas bien
