Yup, this was a real scumbag move from twitch and every member of staff that just stayed quiet and went ahead with it needs to have a long look in the mirror.
They wont change it, they wont improve it or how its communicated. They might do "pretend" steps as they've done in the past but the damage is already done.
Very cool to see that transparency and communication are not on Twitch's MO even a litte bit. Next time they as much as think about using those words, I'll be sure to remind them of this.
