    Considering that you are basically falsifying consent, proper marking is the least you can do if you refuse to switch the default to "no"

    Generative AI is an insult to basically any creator, in addition to all the massive problems it causes just to run the AI itself in the Datacenters. No creator that is passionate about their work wants it to be used for genAI, so the best thing to do is not even waste your money on starting with it.
