We announced today on Patch Notes that we will be giving all streamers access to Channel Points. We will begin rolling out in the US on 7/28 and expand globally over the course of this year.

All Streamer mean, Non-Affiliate, / Affiliate & Partner? I´m not really sure. I think Streamer are meant as Affiliate and Partner both can use them. But Non-Affiliate too? Im in Germany, and i trust them first, if people get Channel Points at my Non-Affiliate Account without an Affiliate Onboarding. Otherwise i think more just Affiliate and new Partner are get them feature.
