I have experience with many encoders on RX 6000,7000, 9000 and with Nvidia since 1000 series, until current gen 5000 series (5070ti specifically). And I'm telling you, not even RX9000 series is enough to keep up with nvidia in lower bitrates and their HW encoder is also not that separated - by design - so streaming very demanding game is resulting in encoder overload and stream will just crash, quality is not on the same level as well. I strongly suggest you to switch to team green, because new encoders or higher bitrates (like at least 20K+ for 1080(amd hw x264 are not happening anytime soon) and with smaller bitrates we have to work with on Twitch, Nvidia with their NVENC is the way to go.
