There has been a recent rise in streamers likely breaking federal and state laws, which prohibit promoting or betting unauthorized offshore casinos and placing proxy bets. ie "Rainbet.com" Rainbet is not legal in the United States, if you look at the slots category on twitch, They are all likely committing further crimes by promoting affiliate codes to get people to gamble using their codes. They are also likely meeting the criteria for money laundering the way they pass money back and forth. All of this violates Twitch user agreement and ToS in addition the federal and state laws they are likely violating. But, apparently Twitch is turning a blind eye to all of this after banning Stake, which was the exact same thing.

Reporting to Twitch does nothing, as they clearly do very minimal biased moderating. Maybe the states the streamers reside in will do something, or if things get on a large enough scale federal agencies will step in. Definitely not a positive thing when streamers are able to publicly and brazenly break numerous laws along with Twitch's ToS.
