    The TOS is good, but the issue is that nobody will follow them anyways.

    The irony is that Twitch tolerates Sexual assault, animal abuse, racism, antisemitism, promoting violence and terrorism, nudity, doxxing, harassment etc.
    And those things are being committed by Twitch's favorite streamers. Or to be specific, if they are in Dan Clancy's favoritism list.

    THESE VIOLATIONS NOT ONLY ENDANGER OTHER STREAMERS BUT EVEN VIEWERS, TWITCH'S COWORKERS AND EVEN INNOCENT CIVILIANS.

    IF TWITCH'S MODERATION DOESN'T IMMEDIATELY TAKE THEIR JOB MORE SERIOUS AND REPLACE DAN CLANCY WITH SOMEONE THAT IS MORE COMPETENT AND BETTER FITTING FOR THE POSITION AS CEO.
    TWITCH'S REPUTATION WILL BE MORE DAMAGED THAN IT CURRENTLY IS.

    IF TWITCH NEEDS A NEW CEO. I WOULD GLADLY TAKE IT AND FIX IT
