    Had this problem today. Tried to change payments from monthly to every 3 to 6 months and was unable to. I went to the desktop site and because I paid on the app, I had to go to the app and change it. Went to the app and it didn't give me an option to upgrade. Went back to the creator's sub page to "continue subscription" and gave me the options but I had go to the device I paid from to change it. It shouldn't be this hard to do a simple task. I shouldn't have to wait until the expiry date of my current subscription to upgrade.
