    If twitch goes forward with stealing content to feed slop, I'm deleting my account and cancelling all my subs. Opt out is not enough.

    Twitch staff, killing the site and all of you being laid off so Dan Clancy can get a raise would be less upsetting to me than this endless parade of slop machine predatory bullsht. Twitch's shenanigans are ~barely~ tolerated, what with platforming hate speech, rewarding behavior that used to get partners forever banned such as harassing other partners, and let's not even bring up TwitchCon.

    I will be plain, pursuit of "AI" which is just content theft, will be met with seething hostility. Only the inept tech bros who got swindled into NFTs like such trash, and there are probably quite a few of such ilk on staff, I'm willing to bet.

    TL;DR: Twitch, don't you fcking dare.

    It is fundamentally corrosive to creativity to allow the theft machines that regurgitate actual art into some soulless approximation of what maths out to be relevant to prompts, and any implementation needs to be rebuked outright and at this point with venom because the tech bros aren't taking a hint.

    Twitch is summarily an aggregate for people to both share their love and impressions of experience, be it video game, movie, music, or absolutely unhinged shenanigans -- in the communities that aren't rage-merchant fueled **** pits, that is -- and celebrate what these things mean to us.

    If you use these images that are just hodgepodges of other artist's true work, it indictment of yourself as a person. To have something "generated" is to admit that you cannot create, you do not have vision, you do not respect the medium that it takes to get to a final product, and you cannot conceive of why someone is driven to create in the first place.

    I don't want anything like that in any place that hopes to be a community.
