Twitch I understand this is difficult, its unfair to take emotes from people who have been given them and also unfair to those who didn't get emotes for also taking part.
The help section doesn't show the correct emotes for the level thresholds. It also states you get an emote for each level range. While I understand the intention may have been for a single emote per train, the implementation of specific emote rewards for hitting a target level hype train does suggest you get the reward once the level is hit, why would you take that reward away for getting to the next level?
