    I was excited to take part in this event. Smashing all the targets as a community only to then find out that we wouldn't receive the expected rewards due to a counter-intuitive system felt awful.
    I really hope something is done to rectify this and deliver the lower tier rewards to all of us. Although the rules were in place before the event, the fact that they don't match the logical expectation of the participants is an error.
    If people feel they have to comb through all of your platform's rules before they can interact in any way to ensure they don't feel short changed, that unquestionably hurts engagement and retention.
