    Hype Trains can be highly emotional moments for streamers - especially the first time a level is reached. In the weeks after a train, returning viewers sharing the emotes they earned is a warm reminder of a great moment on the stream.
    Losing access to these emotes is a great disappointment and hampers the 'I was there' sensation shared between viewer and streamer.

    I strongly agree with the point made in this post. Hype train emotes could even be argued as paid for assets so should not expire.
