YES! We need more exposure for this topic! SO MANY streamers aren't artists, and rely on outside help for their emotes & channel art - often it's their one trusted artist. There's no reason why there shouldn't be some kind of permissions authorization for them to assign to their artist to handle emotes. This saves the streamer a lot of time, and saves the artist a lot of frustration.
