    I literally cannot make the UI go away on mine ( Toshiba smart tv WITH fire). just stuck with black bars, blurred edges , and a darkened screen.

    I’m having this problem at the moment. Searched for a solution - found this. It’s garbage. UI WILL not close. Screen is darker. Blurred edges. The back nor the up or down buttons will close it. It’s just permanently on. OBNOXIOUS. Please fix.
