    I have another use case:
    I'm maintaining a desktop app that notifies when Twitch streams go online. I'd like to switch to EventSub/Websockets. Now I can only subscribe to 10 streams events as max_total_cost is 10 (https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/eventsub/handling-websocket-events/#subscription-limits) and stream.online costs 1.

    The way things are now, I have to continue to poll an endpoint every 2 minutes.
