I constantly get the renewal warning email hours and sometimes a day after the renewal email from twitch and paypal. Sometimes I also get no email from twitch regarding a renewal, only a paypal invoice that doesn't state whom I've renewed, only the cost debited.
I have come to believe that this is by design by twitch to get another month payment. Customer support will not address my issue directly, instead the redirect me here. 😡
