    I know that for myself, as well as from what I think I've observed from others' words, that there's a sense of being left out when a community achieves something together but rewards are given out unevenly. It shouldn't be any more complicated than "you all achieved this, you all get the rewards", which is only fair. Anything else results in disappointment and reduced interaction.
