This should definitely happen. Thor is inspirational and a wonderful positive presence. This would be a great way to commemorate this achievement.

The dumpy emote is fun and not sexual at all. It gives the chat a lot of joy. I have never seen anyone try to make it dirty. It's super cute and I would love for it to come back. It's from a PG movie and drawn over with a ferret. So fun! Please allow it back. Thank you.

I can see no benefits for either Twitch or the Twitch users to limit the reward to one per train. The user gets frustrated when the reward is not what would naturally be expected. This does not encourage the user to participate further to gain all the available rewards from separate hype trains. It's just sours the users attitude toward the reward. Some will become apathetic to the reward, and decide the reward was not what they participated for. Others will be unmotivated to participate at all because that feel cheated and do not wish to have what feels like a deserved reward held back again. Very few people will seek out hype trains to gain missing reward, therefore they is no real reason to hold them from being distributed as the level is meet.
If you really want to held the locked enjoys *******, and make it one per train, at least don't make it repeated reward (no reward) for two separate same level hype trains. I still do not think this would create a positive feeling among users that would truly motivate them to want to participate, which is counter to the whole concept of a hype train.
