    Still an issue, definitely inconsistent. Currently have one notification from the Twitch app that I can't clear.

    Device: OnePlus 10 Pro
    OS: OxygenOS 13.1 | Android Security Update: 5th April 2023
    Twitch App Version: 16.3.0
    My device is rooted, if that helps.
