Not only keep moments, but allow them to extend this to EVERY user (or at least all partners and affiliates). I was one of the users randomly selected to have moments on my channel and it was a huge blessing for my own growth as I would have people show up when they anticipated that I got closer to one of the milestones I happened to be going for at the time. I watch a few partnered and affiliated streamers as well that do not even have the feature and a common theme in those communities is people shouting "MOMENT" when the streamer if they had them would make use of them, and they have been begging to have them for over a year now. So please keep them, and lets get them out of the Beta testing phase too! Also not a lot of people are using them?! Say that to my Tier 9 badge I have! I never had the incentive or drive to make clips for my channel until moments rolled around.
As someone who actually has a background in data science/engineering, I'm a perfect example of how my watch hours (which directly reflects my overall ad revenue that also earns your company money) has dramatically increased in the time since moments were put in Beta, if you want the evidence firsthand, take a look at the heights of my public watch hour bar graph on https://twitchtracker.com/dsteves/statistics . The feature rolled out in July 2022 for me and if you compare the numbers before and after that month, there is without a doubt a significant increase over time after July 2022 as someone who is a member of your experimental group. I really hope that this is all just a cruel tease and then at TwitchCon its revealed that the feature will be available to everyone.

This is your second highest (soon to be highest) voted on feature on this uservoice forum. The feedback for this feature should be obvious at this point. And let me ask something, should you decide to take them away. What is the true purpose of this site if you fail to follow the requests of the top voted on features?
