Moments are awesome, and I'm quite sad that they are currently slated to be scrapped. I don't even think the clips of Moments are that important--simply getting Moments and the associated badges are a fun addition to the platform, and I've seen users consistently excited about them in the streams that I watch that have had access to them. They are big driver of engagement. I would strongly recommend keeping them and expanding their access across the platform, and if necessary, see if any adjustments need to be made for their viability.
