    Planned for 7+ years? Does anyone actually read this at twitch? Do these suggestions do anything? This whole user voice thing seems dead

    3 years ago i made an account. I deleted it to release it to me. Every month for 36 months I’ve checked to see if I can use it. NO ONE has used it and I still can’t claim it.
    The system doesn’t work.

    If anyone from twitch wants to verify 03512807 is the case

    3 years ago, I created StillVill as a new user name to secure it before I changed mine.

    I deleted it and waiting 6 months to change it.

    Nothing, still hadn’t released and no user has picked it up.

    3 years later I STILL CANT USE THAT NAME.

    Give us a request system to reclaim old user names ESPECIALLY if it was an account we created.

    Deleting the old account and renaming ours to it will save storage on your servers, and make your users happier with the ability to me more discoverable.

    I had a name that I deleted 3 years ago that I’m trying to reclaim. No one is using it and I STILL can’t claim it . I’ve confirmed no has been using it, or used it multiple times over the 36 months it’s been released

    Support is useless with the issue
