    Most times you don't want viewers to use your rewards in the first 10-30 minutes of stream while you are starting. We need a cooldown from the start of the stream for a set amount of time for different rewards.

    Exaples like doing some exercises and pretty much anything you don't want to do while you are greeting viewers gathering at the start of the stream.
