    I have never been ****** off about an app update until this happened to me today. It completely nuked my viewing preference. It's not just the elimination of the chat, but it also completely removed the use of the universal remote control buttons, so I can't use the pause and the forward/backward scans on VODs. This is completely unacceptable and demand the previous version restored pronto.
