    Due to bandwidth limitations, I often change my video quality to 480p or 360p. When I am having bandwidth or internet issues on my end, I have to manually lower the quality, then set it back once these issues are corrected.

    With the "Auto" option, the steam increases or lowers the quality as needed. My internet can handle HD qualities, but I have a bandwidth cap with my ISP, which is where the frequent quality changes come in.

    It would be nice to cap the Auto option to 480p or 360p, and have it auto adjust itself as needed.
