    I entirely agree with what everyone has already said. Rarely do i need to slow mode the ENTIRE chat. Some people are just entirely 'too much' and the ability to slow mode very specific people would be amazing. I also would like for the slow mode on the specific user to be able to go beyond 120 seconds. Perhaps 3-4 minutes if the person is just being particularly.....'i've had 50 cups of coffee and decided to join a stream'.
