    Make front page featured sections exclusively streamers under a 75 viewer average, possibly lower to encourage helping them reach partner status. Having it be exclusively affiliate streamers makes sense, but no matter what you do please stop promoting streamers with thousands of viewers who are already at the peak of visibility and dominating their respective categories. Front page promotion should be exclusively for small streamers that need growth. I know there's sections for small streamers already; I'm just saying instead of What's Hot giving xqc who already has 30k viewers even more viewers it should be replaced with a Growing Affiliates section or something. There is never enough visibility or promotion for small streamers.
