I see the r word used constantly on this site as a derogatory slur. People don't say it frequently like they claim but specifically save it to be extra hateful to people. It is an abelist slur, and needs to be blocked from the platform. The word has a long use of hateful context and history, and directly excludes people with mental disabilities and conditions. It is used to describe "very bad" things, but is a label for a group. This is equivalent to saying something horrible like using 'bl*cks' as an insult. It's disgusting and needs to be removed.
Both me personally and other people in my life have been made to feel less than through the use of this slur, and hearing it used commonly on the site is disheartening and makes me feel hated. At any time someone can just say the slur and ruin my viewer experience, and I have to either leave or accepted the hate and feel bad. Frequently I leave which directly reduces my want to sub, watch ads, etc. that generate revenue for the site and partners.
You've removed so many words that are so much less hateful, but this one has stayed. It's disgusting and dated and needs to be left in the past and not accepted into the future.
