Yes I agree. I feel like I can avoid this but there are accidental things that can happen where "no refund" should not an option. I feel like this will take advantage of users who are unaware of how user interfaces work. There should be a pop up or something that allows them to opt in or opt out before it is first active on their subscription menu.
